"Loved this location and how friendly the staff was. I've placed large corporate orders in the past and they never disappoint. They aways go above and beyond even ensuring mulitple times that I will be picking up my order the next day. Staff here is always willing to help and food is very consistent. Order from here and you'll always get top notch Papa John's quality and service!"

"Im not totally certain that he's the manager but if he's not he definitely possesses the qualities of one...A Mr.James who took our orders gave us EXCELLENT customer service...so much in fact that we inquired about being able to leave a review or take some sort of a survey... Absolutely will be a repeat customer thanks to this young man."

"This location hasn’t been open for too long, but the service and quality are surprisingly good for a typical Papa John’s. The only location that seems to pay attention to special requests input for online and mobile orders. I always ask for extra sauce and get it. Only gripe is parking, or lack thereof. Other than that this location has been great so far."

"I would like to commend the young lady answering the phones at the Minnesota Ave, NE store. You went beyond the call of duty to assist me with ordering for my mom who lives in a senior building. You don't get good customer service from young people working so I am extremely appreciative."

"I read the reviews on here and got nervous after I had already placed my order. Since I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail after lacing an online order I called to make sure they got my order, the young lady who answered was very polite and said my driver was leaving out and would be there shortly. The young lady who was the driver got to my house very fast and was also very polite. The pizza had slid to one side of the box, but that wasn’t a big deal for me. Guess I caught em on a good night, but this pace is straight! I’ll be going back! Stop sicin personal issues on here to give this place a bad rep, y’all got me nervous for nothing, they cool. Order y’all Papa Johns man!"
